poor service

i came expecting a spacious room, only to find it was tiny, we had no balcony as promised, just a sad little space. also, don't even get me started on the shower right next to the bed. i had hoped for some special treatment, but clearly that was far too much to ask for at this average establishment.

The location was perfect for our family with five teenagers, allowing us quick access to fun outdoor adventures like ecotours. Our Junior Suite was spacious enough to accommodate all of us, making it a comfortable home base during our stay.

My wife says that check-in could be warmer and friendlier.
